Blue Heron Pond is a corner of heaven for four season paradise. We are three miles from downtown, on 13 private acres of woods with a lovely pond to swim in during the warm weather, and ice skating in the winter. Ski and snow shoeing out the back door. Woods to walk in. We are an hour and a half from Boston, three hours from NYC. Parking is in front of the ground floor apartment. A lovely sunny space. As you walk in there is a modern kitchen, with gas stove, dishwasher, and fresh delicious well water. In the living room is a fold out queen size fouton. A wood stove for the cold weather. Full bathroom with tub and show, and washing machine and dryer. Bedroom is a 200 square foot space, a lovely space for writing and creating, the bed is a comfortable double sized bed. We have additional blow up air mattresses if your kids want to sleep with you. Brattleboro is a mecca for arts, culture, entertainment, restaurants music of all kinds, and sports. There is six clay tennis courts that the owners are members of and you can play there. Kayaking and canoeing. It really is a sports and recreation paradise. On 13 acres of woods in Southern Vermont.
