Hello, I have two rooms available for rent in a beautiful brick, victorian house. There is a side yard and a driveway out back. There are six bedrooms total and four people are currently residing there who are all welcoming and excepting. There is plenty of privacy in the house. There are also two private bathrooms. There is already a washer/dryer, oven with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, internet, and cable. There is a cat in the house that belongs to one of the current roommates. Good location right off main street of Ambler. Also, close to the highway so easy commute. For utilities it's about 40 a month. I need someone to move in for me since I will be living abroad after I move out on the 22nd of december. So please contact sooner than later as I need confirmation fairly soon.
