Here is what we have to offer. Courtney Square has a 800 square foot two bedroom available now for $675 with . . . yadda, yadda, hibbity bibbity . . . just like some of the others do. We are close to . . . a bunch of places, just like all the others. We have free stuff and no move in fees . . . so do they. We have all the standard amenities like a pool. laundry rooms, assigned parking, trees, squirrels, birds and rain just like every other community in Oregon has but, without the need to describe them as cozy, spectacular or awesome.What we have, that puts us above them all is character and charm, along with a nice place to live at a good price. Our residents and staff are most of what we are. We have blue collar, white collar and a couple of artsy types. We have an on site Sci Fi junkie maintenance man with thirty years experience and an onsite manager with 20 years experience who thinks chocolate milk comes from chocolate cows. We are large enough to have our act together and small enough to be neighborly. We have no tolerance for crime, drugs or drama. All staff live on site. We wouldn't ask you to live anywhere we wouldn't want to live.
