The living room has a wood burning fireplace and lots of glass to take in the water views. Roomy master bedroom with lake view, walk in closet, and bath with jetted tub. The second bedroom is across the hall from the second full bath. The home has central air, a full basement, drilled well, and a whole house 25kw generator in the event of a power outage. The guest cottage is fully winterized and is usable year round. It is a cozy 2 bedroom, 3/4 bath with enclosed porch. It is heated by a propane rinaii heater. The cottage does not have central air or access to the generator but does have a window air conditioner. This property sits at the end of a dead end street and comes with a nice sandy swimming area and access to a dock space for up to a 22' boat. There is electric and water at the dock. This property is available as a long term rental for $1650 per month plus utilities and is shown by appointment. THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY FOR SALE AND WILL REMAIN ON THE MARKET DURING THE LEASE AGREEMENT. THERE WILL BE A 60 DAY NOTICE TO VACATE AND A 24 HR. NOTICE TO SHOW.
