Hi I am a 21 yr old female looking for a nice roommate possibly a single Mom, or Dad who needs a nice place to live with inexpensive rent and utilities, 450 per month includes rent and utilities. I need someone who doesn’t party all the time... I have a 2 yr old daughter that I have every other week at those times it needs to be semi quite after 9pm. I have a 2200 sq ft house with large bedrooms with walk-in closets. You can pretty much do whatever you want to the room paint wise as long as it stays clean. I need someone who is responsible... I have a washer and dryer, large kitchen 2 available rooms and 2 bath rooms. It’s a two story home, with a basement for storage. All new and clean.
