I need someone who doesn’t party all the time... I have a 2 yr old daughter that I have every other week at those times it needs to be semi quite after 9pm. I have a 2200 sq ft house with large bedrooms with walk-in closets. You can pretty much do whatever you want to the room paint wise as long as it stays clean. I need someone who is responsible... I have a washer and dryer, large kitchen 2 available rooms and 2 bath rooms. It’s a two story home, with a basement for storage. All new and clean. The house is fully furnished the only thing you need to worry about would be your own room. It is in a great safe neighborhood. I've lived there for three years and never had any problems.
