someone with steady employment who is reasonably neat we have a very nice duplex with the potential of two rooms available. #1 is a standard bedroom larger then avg. with a big window its furnished with a bed and a dresser phone jack cable tv and the house has wi-fi internet. #2 is the basement which can easily be converted to a big room its very clean not musty or damp. you will be living with myself and my 16 year old son (hes a great kid)i am very easy to get along with and enjoy life with my son and friends we dont entertain much at the house but have no problem with visitors. the pic is me and i will be posting pics of the place as soon as i can the neighborhood is quiet and clean the appliances arevirtually brand new the place overall is in excellent condition.
