The owner has the back guest bedroom, he works in his shop custom cabinetry from morning till night. He has breakfast in the morning comes in for lunch and makes dinner and stays on the porch or the shared office until he retires. He is a quiet cool person. I rarely saw him nor does my tenant. You have the full use of the house pretty much to yourself all day and most of the evening. Which includes stunning master bedroom suite with jaquzzi tub and huge closets. Living room with cathedral ceilings amazing kitchen and shared office the 3rd bedroom. The house has front and back with deck for entertaining or simply enjoying sunrise. There is a cleaning person who comes in once a week only for 3.5hrs dust, friendly vacume and mopping this maintains furnishing so that you dont have to. They do not do laundry etc. And house should be maintained so that she is there the paid time allotted.A pretty sweet deal includes water, elec and wifi. There is a TV
